Our little sweetheart turned 4 months on February 10. Time has flown so quickly! I feel like only yesterday we held her in our arms for the first time. Now she is busy all the time and learning new things every day. She has learned to sit up by herself for short periods of time, wiggle on her tummy to reach toys out of her reach and fake cry for mommy and daddy to come get her:D She loves to play with all her toys, and everything goes into her mouth! And believe it or not, she loves to read! Her giggle is so contagious, and brightens my day. She is the cutest little girl you have ever seen! She loves to smile and talk to us. She is such a happy baby!
Hailey had her 4 month check-up on Valentine's Day. She had to get more shots:( Poor baby, and on Love Day even! She was very brave and didn't cry for very long at all! She is growing perfectly, well a little too quickly for her mom's liking;) 4 month stats:
Height: 26 inches, 96%
Weight: 13 lbs 3 oz, 37%
She is one tall little girl! Well as the doctor put it, a very tall and slender girl, just how they all want to look!
We had our first Love Day as a family of 3. Since Hailey had just had shots, we decided to do take-out and spend the evening at home together. It was wonderful to spend Love Day with the two people I love most! Ty gave me a beautiful necklace with a mom holding a little baby, a couple seasons of House (one of my favorite shows), and a recipe organizer book. He sure spoils me! Even Hailey got some new toys and clothes:D (Just what she needs, since we need to install another rod in her closet to hold all her clothes;D)
We also celebrated Chelsie's birthday on the 12th. She turned 15, way too old for my little sis! We gave her Just Dance for the Wii. We had so much fun playing it! Even Hailey danced with us; I must start her early since she is going to be a dancer like her mommy:)
